Confuror 2025 — We are getting ready

Testing, testing… 3, 2, 1…

The year is moving fast and before more time goes by, we want to bring an update to the event community on what we've been working on and what's coming up for this next edition.

Confuror 2024 was an experience full of learning, emotions and reunions with friends. We are very grateful to those who have shared with us what they lived during that weekend through their words or publications in social networks, as they allow us to measure the impact that thsi event has on its attendees and the community; but we are also very grateful to all the collaborators, volunteers and attendees who have made this all possible. It was a complicated edition that represented a series of unprecedented challenges and lessons. Although at the end of the convention, we said goodbye with joy, wishing to see each other again; we are still mindful of the mistakes and opportunities for improvement that stood out during that edition.

That is why, as with every previous edition, we began a process to review everything we have learned and to project our expectations for the future. For this year’s edition we are contemplating many changes in our procedures and plans. Especially in fields such as convention registration, where we are focusing all our attention, trying to drastically speed up the queue times; but also in the spaces for activities, seeking to improve acoustic issues as well as information, regarding schedules and distribution. We have many novelties in development and we hope they will arrive to optimize the aspects that the event greatly needs.

We want to know about you

This review and improvement process can only be completed knowing the opinion, recommendations and expectations of our attendees. Therefore, we would like to invite you to participate in our Feedback, with which we will be gathering valuable information to improve the experience. During this week, we will send a form by e-mail to all the attendees of the previous edition. We will also make it available on our networks. If you were not at the previous edition, but you have any suggestions based on previous experiences inside or outside Confuror, you can always write to [email protected]

Growing team

One of the missions we have been working on during the last few months has been to restructure the organization so that the tasks and responsibilities of all the areas that make up the event are better distributed. We need to expand the team that collaborates in an adequate measure to the size that the event has achieved. If you are interested in joining us, stay tuned to our channels as we will soon let you know how you can do it.

Updating of agreements and regulations

Finally, we would also like to inform you that we are currently reviewing our regulations, protocols and terms of service, seeking clarity and attention to the present needs of the convention. Your feedback and observations will also be considered in these revisions. Updates to these documents will be made available prior to the opening of registration, which is scheduled for the second half of March.

And… the convention dates?

Of course! We cannot leave without announcing that Confuror 2025, “Once upon a time… ” will be held at Expo Guadalajara, October 23-26. Information regarding hotel accommodations adjacent to the convention center will be released at a later date, we are still working on it and will keep you updated on this topic.
