Attendance of minors

Confuror is a recreational space oriented to different age groups and it is our commitment to ensure the safety of all attendees, especially those who may be more vulnerable.

If you are a minor (under 18 years old by the time the current convention edition starts) and wish to attend Confuror, you must present and remain accompanied by any of your parents or legal guardian, at all times; your admission to the event guarantees access with no additional cost to any of them.

When picking up your convention badge, you and your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) will be required to present a letter with the informed consent of your participation and commitment to scort you during the event; in case of ommision your access to the convention will not be granted.

This measure is implemented to ensure your safety and facilitate communication with your legal guardians, anticipating any situation in which we may be required to do so.

We provide the format that your accompanying legal guardina must fill and present upon arrival to the event. Any information requested on the documment and any attachments required to be included are subjected to our privacy policy.

Parent/Legal Guardian participation consent letter for a minor with the commitment to scort them

You must present a duly completed and signed hard copy of the following document, filled and signed by the parent or guardian who has legal custody of you and who will be accompanying trough the convention.

By purchasing your ticket you declare your knowledge and commitment that, if you are a minor (under 18 years of age at the time the event begins in the current edition), you must comply with this requirement and that if you do not, you will not be allowed to participate nor will you be eligible for any type of reimbursement.

The document must be submitted along with a copy of the parent or guardian ID who has legal custody of the minor, in order to validate the authenticity of the signature and veracity of the information.

Purposes of the document

By complying with this requirement, it is ensured that:

• a) Your parents or legal guardians are aware of teh convention in wich you are participating and commit to scort on it’s whole duration, giving them tranquility and comfort while you have fun.
• b) Your parents or legal guardians are brought with the opportunity to interact with you and your interests; beside having the chance to participate with the activities un the event that are might be oriented to parents and guardians.
• c) You provide us with a safe mean of contact in case of emergency with which we can trust to have availability and closeness in case of need.
• d) You provide us with confidence that your attendance at the event takes place in safe accompanying conditions for you, by verifying that it is indedd one of your parents or legal guardians assiting you trough the event.

Free assistance for parents or legal guardians

As a minor, any of your parents or legal guardians may attend to the event along with you representint no additional costs to your access fee. When you arrive at registration check in with any of them and their proper identification, they will receive a “Companion” badge that will grant them access to any activity or area in the event to which you have access as a minor.
