Join the Dealers Den!
Our largest exhibition spaces are in the Dealers Den. If you're looking for more space to showcase your products, or you collaborate with others on your works and projects, this is your ideal space.
The Dealers Den is primarily dedicated to creators, projects, or collectives with high-volume merchandise, such as: branded projects, fashion lines or clothing stores, artists or projects with high-volume publications (comics, artbooks, novels), plush toys, footwear, backpacks, fursuits, etc.
If your products are similar to these, the Dealers Den is for you!
General features
- Exhibition throughout all three days of the event.
- Permanent booth setup. You can secure your setup at the venue.
- Pre-setup on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. (The space will officially open on Friday).
- Extended operating hours from Friday to Sunday, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
- Three types of booth available: Tables, Stands, and XL Stands.
Participation Requirements
- Be of legal age.
- Have a convention attendee registration (Entrance ticket) at the time of application.
- Attach sample images and a description of the materials you will have on display/sale with your application.
- Be the producer of the products you’ll offer or have the rights to exploit them.
- Submit your application for the Dealers Den area in a timely manner as per the registration instructions, using complete and verifiable data.
- Be punctual for setup and teardown times of the space.
- Comply with the Sales and Exhibition Regulations 2024 and the exclusive points for the Dealers Den.
If your application for the Dealers Den is approved, you must cover the corresponding fee for the requested space within the indicated period and by the established means; Once payment is confirmed, you must wait for table assignment. Placement will be subject to availability.
In case your application is not accepted and you do not wish to keep your registration as a convention attendee, you may request a refund under the conditions of the current terms of service.
Booth types
This year, we have three booth types available: Tables, Stands, and XL Stands. XL Stands are very limited; in case they are sold out, based on the evaluation of your application, we will seek to contact you to offer an alternative based on available spaces.
Table

- Participation authorization for a maximum of 2 exhibitors**

Cost:
$3,499.00 MXN****Exhibition days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Additional meals coupons can be purchased for those days by notifying the staff beforehand. Last-minute requests for extra meals coupons cannot be accommodated. The cost for additional coupons is $240 MXN per coupon (1 coupon = 1 meal) and must be requested no later than September 1st, 2024.
** Authorized exhibitors refer to project members contributing content, not to collaborators. During setup and teardown, any necessary collaborators are allowed to participate even if they don't have event access. Only those with event access can participate during the event itself.
